Quality is part of our company philosophy. All products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. All technical data and measurements are approximate values. All machines are subject to variation due to operation length, paper size, grain, weight, misuse/abuse and power configurations. Please carefully read the Manufacturers Operational Manual, included with the product, before operating to ensure all precautions are taken to ensure proper use and avoid canceling the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer warrants that any new products sold as if the revised date indicated, will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal operating conditions. This warranty applies to current models only. For discontinued models, consult original warranty. This warranty is void if repairs are necessitated by accident, misuse, abuse, water damage or fire. Modifications, alterations and repairs must be performed by an authorized technician. Lubrication for Cross-Cut Shredders is required every 15-30 minutes of operations, in order to maintain top working condition.

Compact Shredders

Parts and labor to repair any failure caused by defect is limited to one (1) years from date of invoice.* Shredder Cutting Systems: Cutting Cylinders are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects for one (1) year from date of invoice.

Office Shredders

Parts and labor to repair any failure caused by defect is limited to two (2) years from date of invoice.* Shredder Cutting Systems: Cutting Cylinders are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects for twenty (20) years from date of invoice.

Professional Shredders

Parts and labor to repair any failure caused by defect is limited to two (2) years from date of invoice.* Shredder Cutting Systems: Cutting Cylinders are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects for five (5) years from date of invoice. (If machine is purchased with an Oiler, Cutting Cylinder is warranted to be free of manufacturer defects for twenty (20) years from date of invoice.)

Level 5 Shredders

Parts to repair any failure caused by defect is limited to one (1) year from date of invoice.* Labor to repair any failure caused by defect is limited to ninety (90) days from date of invoice.* Shredder Cutting Systems: Cutting Cylinders are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects for one (1) year from date of invoice. (Level 5 Shredders purchased with an Oiler: Labor is increased to one (1) year from date of invoice; Cutting Cylinder is warranted for two (2) years from date of invoice.) Failure to lubricate these machines properly will void the warranty.

High Security (Level VI) Shredders

Parts to repair any failure caused by defect is limited to one (1) year from date of invoice.* Labor to repair any failure caused by defect is limited to ninety (90) days from date of invoice.* Shredder Cutting Systems: Cutting Cylinders are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects for one (1) year from date of invoice. (High Security (Level VI) Shredders purchased with an Oiler: Labor is increased to one (1) year from date of invoice; Cutting Cylinder is warranted for two (2) years from date of invoice.) Failure to lubricate these machines properly will void the warranty.

In all cases, the final authority in determining cutting system defects lies with the manufacturer. All cutting systems must be returned to the manufacturer.

Premium Shredding Systems

Limited five (5) years of cutting systems warranty on crosscut industrial models and limited five (5) years cutting systems warranty on straight models. (Single Shift Operation) Parts and labor to repair any failure caused by defect is limited to one (1) year from date of invoice.*

o                          This warranty is void if accident, misuse, abuse, water, damage, fire or freight handling necessitates repairs. Particle cut, Cross cut, and High Security Shredders require lubrication as directed in the Operators Manual and are “paper-only” shredders.

o                          Failure to lubricate these systems properly will void the warranty.

o                          An authorized technician must perform installation, modifications, alterations and repairs.

o                          All warranties stated represents units operated on a “Single Shift” operation.

Profi Packs

Parts and labor to repair any failure caused by defect is limited to one (1) year from date of invoice.* Please note that the manufacturer the right to request that defective parts be returned prior to invoices being credited. Shredder Cutting Systems: Cutting Cylinders are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects for five (5) year from date of invoice.
