How to Buy

Placing An Order On-line
It's easy to order on-line! Just like a physical store. Once you've selected an item, just click on the "ORDER" icon and follow the simple instructions.  Sorry, we do not have a shopping basket.  Items must be manually typed onto our order form.  Before attempting to fill in the

Order Confirmation
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation E-mail with your invoice attached. All electronic correspondence including your order number will be sent to the E-mail address you provide during the order process. (So, make sure the email address you furnish is correct, operational and will accept attachments and not go into a spam filter.)

Payment Options

All prices shown on this website are "CASH DISCOUNT PRICES" and reflect a discount of 3% for cash payment by company check, bank money order or wire transfer to our bank. The use of a credit card or payment by schools or government agencies on NET 30 terms do not qualify for this discount.  Therefore, all amounts paid via credit card or NET 30 terms do not receive the 3% cash discount and it must be added back to the invoice total. Operating on a cash basis is one way we keep or prices so low.  We send payment with our orders to most of our suppliers and we ask you do the same when ordering from us.  We will consider requests for credit only from government agencies.

THREE WAYS TO PAY

 1.   Company Check  - After you have received an itemized invoice from us via email, print it and send it with your company check for the amount on the invoice labeled  "Balance due if paying by company check" We will finish processing your order just as soon as we receive your check.

NOTICE:   If you want your check to arrive fast, DO NOT SEND VIA US POSTAL EXPRESS MAIL.

Their average Express Mail delivery time to our office is currently 12 DAYS.

2.   Company Check Guaranteed by a VISA or MasterCard  - If you want us to process your order prior to receiving your company check, you can guarantee it with a credit card.  (VISA or MasterCard ONLY) If you choose this method of payment, print our invoice, fill in credit card information, have the cardholder sign it authorizing the charge to the card and fax it back to us at 317-573-9060.  We will process your order just as soon as we receive your fax and charge the card only if we do not receive your company check within five business days. (seven days from California, Oregon and Washington)

 3.   Credit Card -  Put your VISA or MasterCard (no Discover or AMEX) information on the secure order form. After you have received an itemized invoice from us via email, print it, have cardholder sign it and fax it back to 317-573-9060 or scan send back to email address shown on invoice.  We will charge your card the amount on the invoice (including the 3% cash discount add back amount).

 

International Orders

Payment for all orders shipped outside the United States and Canada must be paid as follows: The total payment in US Dollars must be made via money transfer to our bank account.  Transfer information will be furnished to you at the time we send our invoice. A fee of $15 will be added for export documents.

Off-line  Orders
We accept phone orders Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.   Just dial 317-573-9061.   Our low prices justify paying a few cents for a long distance call.  (That's one way we keep the prices low.) 

Fax & Mail Orders

You may fax your orders to 317-573-9060 or mail them to .ABC Company LLC, 1089 Third Avenue SW, Carmel, IN 46032.

Tax and Tax Exemption
The Internet Tax Freedom Act applies to taxation of Internet Service. In other words, based on this act you will not be taxed on access to the Internet and/or select services available through the Internet. This does not apply to sales of products via the Internet. Since ABC Company LLC's. corporate office is in Indiana, sales to an individual or organization in Indiana is a taxable sale and therefore, we must collect the tax.  Sales tax is charged to orders shipping to Indiana and any other states where a manufacturer's warehouse or distributor is located from which your order is being drop shipped directly to you within that same state, unless you furnish us with a Certificate of Tax Exemption. 

If you have a Certificate of Tax Exemption, you may fax or mail it to us with your order.



Delivery Information

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will generally be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00PM EST  will be processed the following business day. If there is a delay in shipping your merchandise, or if items are on backorder, we will contact you.

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of in-stock merchandise.  Longer for special order items. .

Packages shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands by UPS require air shipment. Please specify second day or next day air when you submit the order.

Your credit card ordering information will be fully encrypted when sent via our Secure Order Form, using secure socket layer (SSL) and encryption technology. The encryption process takes all of the personal information and converts it into code that is securely transmitted over the Internet.

However, if you would prefer, you may place an order by telephone or fax.

Canceling or Changing your Order
If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel or change it by calling us at 317-573-9061.

Returns and Exchanges Policies

  • Defective merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise.
  • All merchandise must be returned in its original package with all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment.
  • Merchandise will not be accepted for return if the supplies packaging have been opened.
  • Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Backorders
In some instances, products listed on our site may be temporarily out of stock.

If there is a delay with your order, we will inform you within one business day via E-mail.

Your order will be shipped immediately and any backordered items will be shipped as soon as available.
