Resetting! The Perpetual Calendar automatically
advances the date including Daylight Saving
Time. The easy to read LCD Display indicates the
Date, Time and Day of Week and the clear cover
makes time cards and documents easy to align.
The ES900 provides automatic or manual print
operation on left or right hand time cards or on
any document. Over 300 Print Configurations are
available: Selectable Hour Format (12 or 24) and
Choice of Standard Minutes, Tenths or Hundredths
and even seconds; Thirteen Preset Messages are
available (RCVD, SENT, IN, OUT, CFMD, FILED,
PAID, USED, FAXED, VOID, ORIGIN, APR'D, CMPL'D)
in English, French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
This recorder can be used to support Time &
Attendance, Job Costing, and Document Control
and it is designed for a professional office
environment.

4-digit numeric password. Your program
cannot be changed without your knowledge.
- Consecutive Numbering (1 to 8 digits)
with up to 9 repeats. Assists with document
management, filing, retrieving.
