This
system is a very reliable and durable solution that has scanned millions of
checks and processing documents to provide a problem free imaging system. It
occupies only 6" X 12" of space and can process up to 80 checks per minute
while creating high resolution front and back images as well as reading and
storing the MICR information. The TS-350 can scan up to A6 size documents
and includes a SCSI-2 computer interface, and optional back side ink jet

ChekScan stores images of
checks, (or any small documents), in a hierarchical directory which the
program maintains automatically, and updates a database with the MICR
information extracted from the check codes. It provides instant access to an
image or batches of images for a single account, date, check number, amount,
or bank ABA number. Front and back images can be displayed and may be
printed in flexible formats up to 10 checks per page. Alternately images may
be stored on CD-ROMS for archiving, or for custom files for client reports
or audits. All software is windows based for ease of use and training. |
