Preventive
Maintenance Agreement |
|
This Agreement will help
preserve and keep your Widmer RS machine in proper working order.
-
All work will be performed
during normal business hours at Widmer Time Recorder Co., Inc. factory at
228 Park St, Hackensack, New Jersey 07601
-
Widmer will conduct one
no-charge inspection a year, at owner's discretion.

Inspection includes free
ribbon replacement, cleaning, mechanical adjustments and replacement of
worn parts, as required.

Labor and parts excluded from
this agreement are:
-
Damage caused by accident,
theft, water, vandalism, improper use or maladjustment's made by another
party

Modifications made which are
outside the original specifications.

Expired year wheels, where
applicable
-
Resetting of time required
as a result of electrical disturbances caused by power failure or
surges.

This agreement is for Widmer
Equipment in the continental U.S. only. Customer to pay freight and
insurance to Widmer Time Recorder Co., Inc. Widmer to pay return freight
and insurance costs. Widmer will return ship machines via UPS Ground

If the work required to repair
the machine is beyond the scope of the Preventive Maintenance Agreement
Widmer will provide a written estimate of the repair cost for the
customer's approval. This estimate will be based on current rates,
less 20%

This agreement goes into effect one year from date of
purchase of the Widmer Machine. (after one year warranty)

This agreement is
self-renewing on an annual basis and can be canceled by either party with
a 60-day written notice.
