Security Image Overwrite
– Some customers require the ability to erase any
data that may reside on the hard drive after printing occurs. Security
image overwrite gives customers the ability to wipe the drive after each
print by placing a layer of data over the file upon completion that
meets DOD (Department of Defense) standards and making the encryption

Network Scanning Enablement – Adding the Network Scanning Enablement option allows users to easily add templates that allow them to easily scan to pre-determined locations. These locations can be a folder residing on the company server or the users desktop. Network Scanning Enablement also allows users to integrate other scanning software packages that may be used for workflows. Examples are ScanFlow Store and SMartSend. Network Accounting Enablement – 3rd party accounting packages like Equitrac use a series of code to read data that will allow them to track usage by their employees or customers. Network Accounting Enablement allows the WorkCentre 4150 series to send the data in an industry standard format that will seamlessly integrate the device into their environment. Network Fax Server Enablement – 3rd party solutions such as RightFax use a series of code to read data that will allow their software to sent faxes through their software. Network Fax Server Enablement allows this to occur by sending the proper code to the fax server solution. |
