Martin Yale warrants all component parts of its products to be free of
manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase
by the end user.
This warranty does not include the cost of any labor incurred or
performed by the dealer or another third party to replace defective
components.
This warranty does not cover wearable and consumable parts such as
knives, cutting sticks, drill bits or blocks, rubber rollers, etc.
Martin Yale will repair or replace any component part found to be
defective within the warranty period, not caused by accident, misuse, or
improper maintenance, if returned to our factory, transportation charges
prepaid.
If you believe you have a warranty claim, contact Martin Yale for a
Return Goods Authorization.
Martin Yale will not be responsible for any charges incurred without
its specific authorization.
Warranty parts will be invoiced, including freight. Upon return of the
alleged defective part, credit will be issued, including the cost of
ground freight, if the part proves to be defective.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express, implied,
statutory or otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, any consequential or incidental damages
of any kind, including, but not limited to lost profits or other economic
injury are not warranted.
