Warranty:

One Year parts and labor shippable warranty. Client ships the letter opener to GEM for warranty repair and GEM pays for shipping back if indeed it is a manufacture defect. If the machine requires repair after the warranty period or the machine was not defective but a client error, the shipping will not be covered as well as the repairs will be chargeable.
