Imagine predictable, manageable repairs with no crippling
workflow interruptions. That's what a Service Agreement can do for
you. Available in a variety of plans, Service Agreements include
telephone troubleshooting, and any parts, labor or travel costs
(where applicable) associated with the printer repair.
A Service Agreement brings added value to your printer by
extending service beyond the original warranty, or performing as a
renewal of a previous agreement. Either way, a Service Agreement
provides help when and where you need it, in the most critical
situations.
Next business day response time is standard for most North
American customers, provided that the service location is within a
75 mile (121 km) radius of an authorized Xerox service location. Add
one business day for locations 76-100 miles (122-241 km) and another
business day for locations farther than 150 miles (241 km).

All Service Agreements (except Conversions) are available in two
forms:
Extended Service Agreements are available within the first
90 days of product ownership. This is your greatest value and you
can save up to 28% by purchasing early!
Annual Service Agreements are available after the first 90
days of product ownership and can be used to renew an existing
